Position 1: Client Relations
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and concerns.
* Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, address any issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of legal services and timely resolution of client queries.
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients, promoting our firm's full range of legal offerings.
* Monitor client feedback and provide recommendations for improving client experience and relationship management.
Position 2: Business Development
Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
* Generate leads and initiate contact with potential clients through networking, events, and other business development channels.
* Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to showcase our firm's expertise and services.
* Collaborate with lawyers and practice groups to develop tailored strategies for client acquisition and retention.
* Assisting BD Manager to attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to represent the firm and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Management, Accounting, Economic, Human Resources Management or a related field from reputable university. An MBA or graduate from abroad is an advantage.
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the relevant position in a professional service firm, preferably in the legal industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong business acumen and understanding of professional services principles.
