General Qualifications:
• Minimum education background D3 of any major
• Have experience as sales, marketing, digital marketing, account officer, business development, or related fields for at least 6 months
• Good communication in Bahasa (having good English oral proficiency will be a plus) (at least B1 EFSET Standard)
• Having a good written communication
• Willing to work on-site from Teleperformance Surakarta
• Ability and confidence to handle out-bond calls, chat, and e-mails
• Flexibility to work in a shifting and working hours schedule
Responsibilities:
• Effectively support sellers on the E-Commerce platform, ensuring their business growth through operational excellence, marketing strategy, and sales execution through Outbound Call & Chat.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact, addressing their needs, and providing solutions.
• Monitor seller performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Understand clients' business goals and challenges to offer tailored advice and solutions as well as set and achieve their revenue targets through effective E-commerce strategies.
• Use of strong selling, influencing skills, able to convince sellers by verbal and written communication skills to join E-commerce's promotional campaigns.
