Position Overview
The Senior Manager Growth is responsible for driving user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies to accelerate business growth. This role leads cross-functional initiatives across marketing, product, category, and operations to deliver sustainable revenue and customer base expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Develop and own growth strategies across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle management.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through market research, data insights, and experimentation.
- Lead go-to-market plans for new product launches, features, and campaigns.
Data & Performance Management
- Define key growth KPIs (CAC, LTV, retention rate, conversion funnel).
- Use data-driven analysis to optimize campaigns, channels, and customer journeys.
- Implement growth experiments (A/B testing, funnel optimization, personalization).
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with marketing, product, category, and operations teams to align growth initiatives.
- Manage growth projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
- Act as the bridge between commercial and technical teams to implement scalable solutions.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor a team of growth specialists/analysts.
- Build alignment with senior leadership on growth priorities and outcomes.
- Manage external vendors/agencies for digital campaigns, CRM, and performance marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in
growth and business strategy
, with leadership exposure. - Proven track record in scaling user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in growth metrics and performance marketing tools.
- Experience in
e-commerce, tech startup, or FMCG
is highly preferred. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
