Position Overview

The Senior Manager Growth is responsible for driving user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies to accelerate business growth. This role leads cross-functional initiatives across marketing, product, category, and operations to deliver sustainable revenue and customer base expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and own growth strategies across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle management.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through market research, data insights, and experimentation.
  • Lead go-to-market plans for new product launches, features, and campaigns.

Data & Performance Management

  • Define key growth KPIs (CAC, LTV, retention rate, conversion funnel).
  • Use data-driven analysis to optimize campaigns, channels, and customer journeys.
  • Implement growth experiments (A/B testing, funnel optimization, personalization).

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with marketing, product, category, and operations teams to align growth initiatives.
  • Manage growth projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
  • Act as the bridge between commercial and technical teams to implement scalable solutions.

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of growth specialists/analysts.
  • Build alignment with senior leadership on growth priorities and outcomes.
  • Manage external vendors/agencies for digital campaigns, CRM, and performance marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in
    growth and business strategy
    , with leadership exposure.
  • Proven track record in scaling user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in growth metrics and performance marketing tools.
  • Experience in
    e-commerce, tech startup, or FMCG
    is highly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
