Job Description:

  • Fully oversee all store operations in alignment with the company's marketing strategies.
  • Implement tasks and directives issued by headquarters.
  • Effectively delegate and manage responsibilities across all store departments.
  • Supervise purchasing, stocking, and replenishment of merchandise; ensure proper receiving, product display, quality control, and service management.
  • Monitor and control product shrinkage within acceptable limits.
  • Achieve sales and profit targets, minimize waste, and execute both short- and long-term goals and action plans.
  • Maintain optimal shrinkage rates; manage labor and operating costs efficiently.
  • Control waste levels, oversee ordering processes, and audit all store expenses.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction across online and offline channels.
  • Train and develop store staff to cultivate high-quality managerial talent for the company.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with routine inspections by relevant authorities.
  • Handle crisis situations promptly and effectively.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Communicate effectively in English or Chinese or above with at least 3 years of management experience in a bakery chain.
  • Proficient in computer operations and possess basic financial knowledge.
  • Comprehensive expertise in operations, product management, and food safety; strong analytical, coordination, communication, and organizational skills; quick learner.
  • Passion for the bakery industry, skilled in training, forward-thinking management approach, and able to thrive under pressure.
