Role Summary

Be the founder's right hand.
You turn decisions into action, follow up tasks, manage priorities, and keep all projects running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Manage founder's calendar, priorities, and communication
  • Track and follow up all tasks, meetings, and deadlines
  • Coordinate across teams (marketing, finance, ops, design, etc.)
  • Manage timelines for launches, events, construction, and operations
  • Prepare reports, minutes, emails, and presentations
  • Work with suppliers, partners, and international vendors
  • Maintain trackers, SOPs, and documents

Requirements

  • Female
  • Excellent English (spoken & written)
  • Strong project management skills (Asana/Notion/ClickUp)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable
  • Stable work history (2–3 years per role)
  • Strong communication & professional presentation
  • Experience supporting founders or senior leaders preferred

Nice to Have

  • Background in retail, eCommerce, lifestyle, construction, or property
  • Experience coordinating with China suppliers
  • Good with presentation design / basic data reports
