Role Summary
Be the founder's right hand.
You turn decisions into action, follow up tasks, manage priorities, and keep all projects running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Manage founder's calendar, priorities, and communication
- Track and follow up all tasks, meetings, and deadlines
- Coordinate across teams (marketing, finance, ops, design, etc.)
- Manage timelines for launches, events, construction, and operations
- Prepare reports, minutes, emails, and presentations
- Work with suppliers, partners, and international vendors
- Maintain trackers, SOPs, and documents
Requirements
- Female
- Excellent English (spoken & written)
- Strong project management skills (Asana/Notion/ClickUp)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable
- Stable work history (2–3 years per role)
- Strong communication & professional presentation
- Experience supporting founders or senior leaders preferred
Nice to Have
- Background in retail, eCommerce, lifestyle, construction, or property
- Experience coordinating with China suppliers
- Good with presentation design / basic data reports
