As a Human Capital Business Partner Senior Officer – Technology, you'll support the Technology and Digital teams in building a high-performing and future-ready organization. You'll help design effective structures, manage workforce planning, and collaborate with leaders to strengthen team capability and engagement. This role combines analytical thinking, collaboration, and people partnership to ensure that every HR initiative drives measurable impact on performance and growth.

What We'll Work on Together

  • Partner with Technology leaders to align people and organization strategies with business goals.
  • Support organization design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring aligns with Technology needs.
  • Provide guidance to leaders on people management, team effectiveness, and performance.
  • Support engagement, development, and retention programs across Technology functions.
  • Ensure HR policies and processes support agility and innovation.
  • Use people analytics to provide insights for workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Work closely with Compensation & Benefits and Learning teams to deliver relevant HC programs.
  • Support change management and organization development within the Technology division.

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Capital roles, including at least 2 years partnering with Technology or Digital teams.
  • Strong understanding of organization design, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • Familiarity with technology functions (engineering, product, data, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HR analytics tools.
