Job Description:
• Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate the trends including brand/product awareness
• Identifying business opportunities through market development, customer prospecting, and sales pitching
• Achieve the KPI/target given including but not limited to cold call and client meeting.
• Maintain long-term relationship with existing client or partner.
• Expand business network through events, gathering, annual gala dinner, career fair, workshop, etc.
• Liaise Legal, Operations, and other departments to ensure smooth operations of the business.
• Co-work and be involved to deepen clients' relationship through referral between business unit
Requirements:
• Experienced 1-2 years working as Business Development/Sales > preferred from service industry
• Fluent both written and spoken in English.
• Have knowledge or experience in doing business development or partnership.
• People person with high level of problem-solving skill.
• Strong analytical skill, ambitious, result-oriented, and target driven.
• Excellent communication and good presentation skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment under high pressure.
