Role Summary

PT Interbat Pharmacy Industreis is looking for a Key Account Representative (E-Commerce) to manage relationships with online marketplaces, support brand growth for FMCG products, and ensure all sales and marketing activities run smoothly. This role requires strong analytical thinking, good communication, relationship-building skills, and the ability to work closely with platforms to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage and maintain relationships with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).


• Negotiate with platforms to secure effective exposure and programs for the brand.


• Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns to increase traffic, sales, and brand visibility.


• Monitor SKU performance, analyze competitor activities, and prepare monthly reports.


• Ensure product availability, coordinate purchase orders, and work with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) and external team.


• Identify growth opportunities and support brand development strategies for each platform.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's Degree in any field.


• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce.


• Good analytical, strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.


• Detail-oriented, target-driven, and able to work as a team player.
