  • Material Quality (Incoming & Supplier)

  • Training & Inspection: Provide training on quality inspection personnel, registration of pre-service inspections, and daily work guidance.

  • Supplier Management: Control the quality of imported materials (external purchase and departmental products) by consulting with suppliers, inspecting material quality issues, and promoting quality improvement in the production process.
  • Supplier Monitoring: Monitor the quality of supplied products, collect supplier quality information, evaluate suppliers, and supervise supplier quality evaluations.
  • Inspection Tools: Develop and revise product inspection specifications. Examine the development, use, and maintenance of instruments and equipment.
  • Asset Management: Inspect clamping assurance, recycling and scrap management, and inspection instrument development, design, management, and maintenance.

  • Production Quality

  • Standards & Systems: Responsible for the formulation and confirmation of product inspection standards. Responsible for guiding and supervising the inspection to fully implement the quality management system documents.

  • Monitoring & Analysis: Responsible for monitoring the quality of production, collecting, compiling, statistical analysis, and analyzing process quality data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Process Correction: Be responsible for the organization to analyze and address the causes of non-conformity to prevent recurrence.
  • Quality Control Participation: Participate in the formulation of product control plans, specifications for various product inspections, process control, and conduct inspection work.
  • Major Problem Resolution: Responsible for the analysis of major quality problems in the production process, handling relevant departments to carry out root cause analysis, and formulating and implementing corrective measures.

  • Aftersales Quality (Warranties & Service)

  • Customer Support: According to the company administration, serve and effectively provide customers with after-sales support and resources to coordinate activities, ensuring the implementation of the after-sales program.

  • Technical Training: Organize, collect, and compile components-related training materials to provide technical training for customers, master new product principles, and follow standards. Provide technical education for internal employees.
  • Problem Improvement: Promote the analysis of key problems of after-sales spare parts and improve the output of programs. Implement market customer programs.
  • Spare Parts Logistics: Assist the factory in completing the planning of spare parts usage; organize relevant parties to implement the spare parts-related product upgrade.
  • Warranty Management: Coordinate the cost-free maintenance project for spare parts and coordinate with the factory to provide customers with cost-covered repairs for spare parts.
  • Claims: Assist the factory in identifying after-sales claims for spare parts and completing the analysis of claim data.

Requirements:

  • Location: Subang, Indonesia.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Major: Mechatronics, Vehicle Engineering, or Electronic Information Engineering.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Job Category: Quality.
  • Language (English): Intermediate proficiency is required.
