About the role
Kartika Sari Group is seeking an experienced and driven Shared Services Manager to join our dynamic team in PT Tiga Mitra Buana, our retail business for fashion, toys and candy products. In this full-time role based in Bandung, West Java, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality financial and accounting, purchasing and warehouse services across our organisation. Your strategic leadership and operational expertise will be crucial in driving efficiencies and ensuring consistent standards in our shared services function.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the shared services team, including financial accounting, warehousing, purchase transaction, reporting, and other core administrative functions
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
- Provide expert guidance and support to business units on financial matters, serving as a trusted advisor and problem-solver
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and systems that streamline and automate shared services workflows
- Lead, coach and develop the shared services team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous learning
- Contribute to the overall financial strategy of the organisation and participate in key business decision-making processes
What we're looking for
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior shared services, warehousing or finance leadership role, preferably in retail industry
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiencies and implementing process improvements within a shared services environment
- Excellent financial management and reporting skills, with a deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven recommendations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams
