C+C&Co is looking Communication Executive (with experience in 2-3 years) to join its ever-growing team. The Communication Executive position has an understanding of the industry and is able to assist effectively in the ideation of problem-solving. Also, they may be able to take in charge to facilitate communication between the company and the client.

The main responsibilities includes:

  • Brand Advocacy - Authentic, engaged and active on brand. Positively representing C+C&Co on a multitude of platforms wherever possible.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, professional relationships.
  • The ability to transform complex ideas into captivating stories.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (communications, design, production) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Open-mindedness in learning new skills contributes to the team's overall improvement.
  • Producing meticulous and creative outcomes that meet client objectives and needs for assigned projects
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Track and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations.
  • Assisting in internal administrative matters such as: preparing contracts and processing documents, maintaining financial control across all sub-disciplines, tracking vendor payments and variations
  • Demonstrable ability to understand and improve existing processes and procedures while assisting in monitoring and reporting on team and vendor performance
  • Supports the tracking of all contracts, renewals and billing for the region

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a creative agency or marketing environment
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing plans and communication strategies
  • The ability to transform complex ideas into captivating stories
  • Strong account servicing skills with a focus on client relationship management
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics
  • Strong organisational skills, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge in paid advertising, CRM, marketing automation tools is a plu
  • Great visual eye and an affinity for visual storytelling
