Responsible for assisting and coordinating with licensing consultants or government agencies in managing company permits, environmental and land certifications and ensuring compliance through the OSS system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and accompany licensing consultants/agents in processing company permits and certifications (SHGB, IMB/PBG, AMDAL, NIB, and other operational licenses).
  • Manage and update company data in the OSS (Online SingIe Submission) system.
  • Coordinate with related departments (Legal, Project, GA, etc.) to prepare required documents.
  • Liaise with government offices (DPMPTSP, BPN, DLH, etc.) for permit applications and follow-ups.
  • Keep all licensing documents organized and monitor the validity period for renewals.
  • Provide regular status reports and updates on licensing progress and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Law, Administration, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience handling the OSS system is required.
  • Familiar with company licensing, environmental permits, and certification processes.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Active, communicative, and good at problem solving.
  • Honest, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Willing to coordinate with external consultants and government institutions when required.
