Responsibilities :

Operational Process Development for aiming effective & efficient operational flow process
Generate & improve Supporting Document regarding Operational Process (SOP, Working Instruction, Visual Communication & Campaign, Wayfindings, etc)
Socialization new or adjusted operational process
Audit process in order to do Gap Analysis regarding Operational Excellence

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree holders are welcome to apply - preferably in industrial engineering or related fields
Strong analytical, comfortable working with data (Excel/Sheets)
Strong attention to detail and observation skills in order to do root cause analysis
Effective communication (Verbal & Written) and coordination
Strong in Ms. Office & Google Suites
