Role Description

This is a contract role for a
Head Production – Bakso
, located on-site at a food court inside a mall in
Central Jakarta, Indonesia
. As part of a pre-opening team, the Head Production – Bakso will be responsible for overseeing the entire bakso production process, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and quality according to the brand's standards. The role includes supervising kitchen and production staff, managing daily production schedules, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.

Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory and raw materials, coordinating with purchasing and logistics teams, developing efficient production workflows, and ensuring timely supply of products to the outlet. The Head Production – Bakso will also be involved in recipe standardization, cost control, and continuous improvement of production quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    traditional Indonesian cooking
    , particularly in preparing and developing
    bakso or similar meat-based dishes
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    authentic Indonesian flavors
    , ingredients, and cooking techniques, with attention to taste consistency and quality.
  • Skilled in
    production planning, portion control, and maintaining efficiency
    in high-volume kitchen or food production settings.
  • Familiar with
    food hygiene, sanitation standards, and safety regulations
    applicable to mall or restaurant operations.
  • Ability to
    lead, train, and supervise production staff
    , ensuring smooth and efficient daily workflow.
  • Excellent
    organization, communication, and teamwork skills
    in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Formal culinary education or professional certification in Indonesian cuisine or food production is preferred.
  • Indonesian citizens only.
