The Role

We are seeking a talented HRD & GA to join our team at PT Usaha Mandiri Panipahan in Tangerang, Banten. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources and general administration functions for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and terminations
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Accustomed to using the TALENTA application
  • Coordinate employee engagement and welfare initiatives
  • Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies
  • Provide administrative support to the management team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar HR generalist or HRD & GA role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in HR information systems and MS Office applications
  • Thorough knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
