The Role
We are seeking a talented HRD & GA to join our team at PT Usaha Mandiri Panipahan in Tangerang, Banten. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources and general administration functions for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and terminations
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration
- Accustomed to using the TALENTA application
- Coordinate employee engagement and welfare initiatives
- Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar HR generalist or HRD & GA role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in HR information systems and MS Office applications
- Thorough knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
