- Have working experience as a Sales Supervisor in distribution / FMCG Industry at least 2 years.
- Have SIM A and C
- Negotation, Persuasion, Communication and Sales Oriented Skills.
- Perform daily transaction processes (selling) and AR, team supervision, visits and product introductions to outlets.
- Coordinate with warehouse and shipping departments, and develop coverage area in the region.
- Create & maintain good relationship and communication with customers.
