Responsibilities

Develop Creative Strategies

  • Lead the development of bold and innovative strategies for brands, campaigns, and digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional crews (marketing, design, content, etc.) to ensure alignment between creative vision and business objectives.

Campaign Conceptualization

  • Launch compelling campaign concepts, from ideation to smooth landing in execution.
  • Build and refine messaging strategies that align with the brand's tone, voice, and positioning.

Brand Development

  • Shape brand positioning and identity to shine across every communication galaxy.
  • Analyze the current brand orbit to identify growth opportunities and differentiation points.

Audience Insights & Research

  • Explore the cosmic map of markets to understand consumer behavior, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Leverage insights to strengthen creative strategies and keep campaigns relevant and impactful.

Creative Team Collaboration

  • Act as mission control for designers, copywriters, videographers, and other creatives.
  • Oversee the creative process, ensuring timely and stellar execution.

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop content strategies across multi-planet platforms (digital, social, print, video, and beyond).
  • Keep content aligned with the galaxy-wide marketing strategy and brand objectives.

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor cosmic metrics to measure campaign performance.
  • Use data and analytics as rocket fuel to optimize and improve strategies.

Client/Stakeholder Communication

  • Bridge planets with clients and internal stakeholders, translating goals into actionable creative strategies.
  • Present creative ideas in a persuasive and captivating way.

Required Star Qualities (Qualifications)

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Creative Strategist, or in advertising/marketing roles.
  • Strong background in branding, campaign development, and consumer insights.
  • Solid understanding of marketing, branding, and digital media.
  • Expertise in creative problem-solving and conceptual thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Skilled at managing multiple missions (projects) under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiar with creative tools (Adobe Suite, social media platforms, analytics software).
  • Strong team collaboration and leadership abilities.
  • Adaptive and resilient in a fast-moving galaxy.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and innovation-driven.
