Job Description :
Organize and monitor daily work orders and ensure the work orders distributed evenly and effectively for Civil repair & maintenance team
Create and plan all Civil work
Making RAB and Timeline and making sure all maintenance programs and work orders are being executed within the timeline
Monitor and control quality of maintenance program result
Make sure work equipment and materials meet the work orders and maintenance that are needed.
Evaluate the result of all works done by technicians in all areas.
Make reports according to all Civil repair & maintenance team work progress
Job Requirement :
Bachelor's degree from Civil Engineering/ Architecture
Min 5 years experience in Civil area
Have board knowledge in Civil
Have excellent knowledge on preparing reports, budgets, and RAB
Have excellent project management skills
Willing to work extra mile to solve issues
Familiar with software tools for provide the report such as Ms. Office (Word and excel) or google spreadsheet and google docs
