Job Description:
- Collect, process, and analyze workforce data.
- Provide recommendations for corrective actions to management in anticipating potential labor issues and risks based on workforce data analysis.
- Observe and analyze human resource management in each business unit to identify potential efficiencies and value creation for the company.
- Design human resource management systems and their supporting infrastructure.
- Implement human resource management systems and infrastructure in line with work plan.
- Manage human resource management system documents and ensure access is restricted to authorized parties only.
- Conduct research, studies, and surveys related to human resources to obtain data and information required for policy-making, human resource management strategies, and decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration with external parties that can support and add value to human resource management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management / Information Systems / Actuarial Science / Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in design and developing human resource management systems.
- Experience in research and data analysis related to human resource management.
- Strong understanding of human resource management, organizational development, and HR strategy.
- High integrity and strong commitment to organizational development.
- Effective communication skills and ability to prepare business plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to travel to company operational sites.
