Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie in delivering high-quality culinary experiences at sea.
- Understand international cuisines, recipes, culinary processes, and food safety practices.
- Adhere to recipes, production schedules, and manage ingredient consumption to minimize waste.
- Demonstrate commitment to safety, comply with regulations, uphold company values, and maintain professional relationships.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as Commis Chef or similar in a culinary environment.
- Culinary education preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and preservation.
- Understanding of Food Safety and Sanitation regulations.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
