Client Details: Multinational Air Ventilation Manufacturing
Main Responsibilities:
Sales Development & Closure
Prepare commercial proposals and quotations for Kruger ventilation products.
- Attend client meetings, follow up, and close sales.
- Handle both direct customers (contractors, developers) and indirect customers (consulting engineers, distributors).
Market & Customer Relationship Management
Identify, build, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer needs, and new opportunities.
- Represent the company in technical seminars, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team; monitor performance and ensure task completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, product, production, marketing) to align proposals, technical specifications, and delivery timelines.
- Oversee follow-ups, post-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Set sales forecasts and plan territory/customer coverage.
- Manage sales margins and operating costs.
Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge of ventilation/HVAC systems, ACMV, fan engineering, and product applications.
- Ability to read technical drawings and assess product performance (airflow, noise levels, efficiency, etc.).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related engineering field)
- Several yearss of relevant experience in HVAC / ventilation / product sales
- Experience in handling Air System / Air Ventilation
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Fluent in English
