Job Description:- Provide high-quality customer support via live chat for our UK e-commerce customers.
- Respond to inquiries about products, orders, shipping, and returns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a friendly and helpful experience.
- Excellent English proficiency (B1 level or above), both written and verbal, with a strong understanding of US English nuances.
- Prior customer service experience, ideally within e-commerce or a live chat environment, is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working on a rotational 24/7 shift schedule (including nights, weekends, and public holidays) to cover UK business hours.
- Willingness to work 5 days a week.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Surakarta.
