What you’ll be doing day to day:Attract visitors to the store and encourage them to stay longer by offering appealing and affordable food in a welcoming atmosphere that inspires return visits.
Following daily routines, safety, and food handling standards to ensure high quality, food safety, and cleanliness. Safety always comes first — promptly report and discuss any food safety or operational concerns with your manager.
Contribute to a smooth and convenient shopping experience for our customers throughout the day.
Collaborate with your manager and colleagues to support sales and contribute to achieving the goals of the function by providing excellent service and fulfilling customer expectations.
Ensure that your area of responsibility is consistently clean, well‑organized, properly priced, and visually appealing.
We want you to be a person who:Has prior experience working in a fast‑paced restaurant or food service environment; experience in bakery, pastry, or kitchen production is an advantage.
Is proactive, sales‑oriented, and passionate about food and customer service.
Demonstrates awareness of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Is familiar with the use of kitchen tools and utensils.
Possesses good communication skills and is confident in interacting with customers in a polite and friendly manner.
Is willing to work in a store and in a mixture of days and placed in East Jakarta.
