As part of our Aligned Growth 2026 vision, we are strengthening our leadership team and seeking a strategic, people-driven Human Resources Director / CHRO to lead ARSA's transformation journey and elevate its organizational capability nationwide.

Role Overview

The CHRO is responsible for developing and executing the company's human capital strategy—aligning people, performance, and culture with ARSA's business goals. This role combines strategic leadership, digital transformation, and operational excellence to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive Human Capital Master Plan aligned with business growth targets.

Lead all HR functions: Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and Organizational Development.

Strengthen leadership pipeline, succession planning, and employee engagement frameworks.

Oversee Industrial Relations and ensure compliance with labor law and ISO/SMK3 standards.

Lead HR digital transformation through ARSAtech and implement analytics-driven decision-making.

Champion ARSA's values and leadership philosophy—PAS (Patuh, Ahli, Sistematis) and Eagle Fly Low—across all levels.

Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors in all people-related matters.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Law, or Business Administration (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, ideally within large-scale service or operations companies.

Strong expertise in people strategy, organizational transformation, and industrial relations.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR governance frameworks.

Visionary thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable results.
