Job description:

  • Handled
    assessment center
    in retail areas, mainly administering and evaluating knowledge-based tests.
  • Identify and implement
    Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
    applicable across all business units (BU).
  • Develop behavioral competencies for retail outlets' employees and support outlet team development.
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate training programs including
    in-person training
    ,
    digital learning
    (LMS, webinar, e-learning), and
    content development.
  • Coordinate with vendors as external training partners.
  • Strategically support the development and execution of HR Academy initiatives
  • Conduct analysis and prepare reports for management to measure learning impact and alignment with business goals.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum
    3–5 years
    of experience as a
    Supervisor in Training/Learning & Development
    .
  • Strong exposure in
    retail is a plus
    , but must be able to shift focus to
    manufacturing
    sector needs.
  • Experience handling cross-functional learning programs and assessments.
  • Strong communication and analytical thinking with ability to strategize learning roadmaps.
  • Willingness for high mobility
    , including regular out-of-town travel.
