Responsibilities- Provide daily operational support for system and application environments.
- Perform basic configuration, deployment, and monitoring of Linux-based systems.
- Assist in managing cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Conduct first-level troubleshooting and elevate issues to higher-level engineers when necessary.
- Maintain system logs, status reports, and operational documentation.
- Participate in training and certification programs (LFCA, LF-DOS, LFCS) as part of continuous learning.
- Work closely with the operations and DevOps teams to ensure service availability and performance.
- 3‑shift work schedule (3 shifts per day).
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Bash).
- Basic understanding of Linux operating systems, proven by LFCA certification or equivalent internal training.
- Familiar with public cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, Azure, or OpenStack.
- Good understanding of DevOps fundamentals and CI/CD concepts.
- Has completed or willing to take Linux Practical DevOps (LF-DOS) training.
- Strong initiative, learning spirit, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with tools like Git, Docker, Jenkins, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Prior experience in IT Operations or Application Support environments.
