Responsibilities
- Prepare and create high-quality pastries, desserts, and chocolate-based products according to Läderach standards
- Develop new menu items and seasonal creations in collaboration with the GM Brand
- Ensure all products are presented beautifully and consistently in line with brand guidelines
- Oversee daily production planning, inventory control, and ingredient ordering
- Maintain a clean and hygienic working environment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Monitor quality of raw materials and finished goods
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recipes, efficiency, and cost control
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Bakery Chef (luxury / premium brand experience is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, chocolate production, and food safety practices
- Creativity and passion for product innovation and premium presentation
- Detail-oriented with high standards of quality and consistency
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Available to work on a shift basis and flexible with working hours
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
