IT Business Analyst – Mid Level (4–6 Years)

About the Role

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with a strong understanding of system development, solution design, and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technological solutions, ensuring project delivery aligns with the client's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analysis, identify pain points, and propose improvements

• Perform gap analysis and translate business requirements into technology solutions

• Document solutions in detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), flowcharts, and mockups

• Collaborate with application development teams and act as the bridge between business and IT

• Lead and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Assist in training, implementation, and post-deployment support

• Identify potential risks and communicate them proactively to stakeholders

• Ensure solutions are delivered in line with business goals and project objectives

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Business Analyst

• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and solution design

• Experience preparing and managing BRD, UAT test cases, and SIT scenarios

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Familiarity with tools such as: JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Flowcharting Tools (e.g.
  , Visio)

• Ability to perform data-driven analysis and articulate functional requirements clearly

• Experience in handling projects related to enterprise system development (ERP, CRM, etc.) is a plus

• Exposure to real estate/property, banking, or large-scale enterprise projects is a plus
