Job Description:
- To drive hard goods & technical products sales (both off-the-shelf & custom fitting) and add-on sales to accessories and apparel.
- Lead the customer service & relationship-building effort
- To impart golf knowledge to team members in the shop.
- To execute local grass-roots programs to pull in customers (demos, product seeding, trial clubs at range).
- Providing a more technical approach to assisting customers
- Responsible for the overall hard goods target.
- Responsible for the daily operations of the hard goods area.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree from any major
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Golf equipment or Store Position in the Golf retail industry
- Have knowledge of Golf equipment & Simulator
- Good communication in Bahasa and English
- Willing to be placed at a store (La Piazza & Puri Indah)
