Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with the flexibility of some work-from-home arrangements. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing top-quality executive support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing expense reports, and handling various administrative tasks. The role also involves effective communication and interaction with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of the executive's daily activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
  • Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and related organizational tasks
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in standard office software and tools
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
