Overview
Manage and maintain company facilities, vehicles, and office supplies. Supervise general services such as cleanliness and building maintenance. Support internal events and company operational activities. Liaise with external vendors and service providers. Prepare and manage GA reports and documentation. Provide assistance in other administrative or operational matters as needed.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in General Affairs or a related role.
- Must be able to drive a manual car and possess a valid driving license (SIM A).
- Strong initiative, high sense of responsibility, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Willing to work on-site and support operational needs when required.
- Can join as soon as possible.
