IT Infrastructure positions will cover design, integration, implementation, modification, and coordination of the installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
It will manage IT infrastructure and operation as per IT policy and compliance at Brinks, also supporting business operation.
System Maintenance & Monitoring
Assist in monitoring servers, networks, and hardware performance.
- Check system availability (uptime) and basic performance metrics.
- Support in documenting incidents and troubleshooting steps.
Hardware & Software Support
Assist with installation and configuration of computers, printers, routers, and other devices.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for user issues (e.g., application errors, slow networks, printer connection issues).
Network & Security Support
Support LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN setup and monitoring.
- Help ensure firewall, antivirus, and security updates are in place.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with IT security policies.
IT Asset Management
Help track and update IT hardware and software inventory.
- Support license verification and documentation.
Documentation & Administration
Prepare daily or weekly activity reports.
- Contribute to creating user guides or troubleshooting manuals.
Infrastructure Projects (if any)
Participate in system migration, network upgrades, or cloud initiatives.
- Assist with testing and verification before deployment.
