Education Consultant
Hi We're Sparks Math, and we're passionate about making math fun, engaging, and meaningful for children aged 3 to 12. With a curriculum rooted in international approaches—like Singapore Math—we help young learners build strong problem‑solving skills and real confidence with numbers. Through games, hands‑on activities, and thoughtful guidance, we turn math into something kids genuinely enjoy. Placement: Bogor
Responsibilities- Provide sales consultations to first-time customers on their needs and interest, and develop a suitable study plan during the consultation
- Pitch the most suitable program and showcase comprehensive up‑selling action to our products
- Creating sales management and student database
- Providing accountable sales reports
- Meeting monthly sales targets set by the company
- Resolve problems, questions, and/or complaints from parents
- Communicate regularly with other teachers and other departments
- Actively collaborate in marketing and sales activities outside of the center
- Other admin and operational duties and responsibilities assigned by the company or when needed
Service mindset: treating each customer the way you want to be treated
Sales ability: delivering effective sales pitch & closing deals
- Minimum 1-year experience in sales, or direct selling B2C
- Excellent interpersonal communication and promotion skills
- Excellent service, can do attitude and ability to work as a team
- Willing to work in shift
- Ability to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.)
- Sales from education industry experience is a plus
