Job Description

We are seeking a Head of Social Media who lives and breathes TikTok. Someone with a strong sense of leadership, creativity, and strategic vision.

You will oversee all TikTok activities from content direction and creator collaborations to performance analytics while ensuring brand consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the social media team with a main focus on TikTok strategy and execution.
  • Build and execute a TikTok content roadmap that drives engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
  • Identify trending topics, sounds, and formats to keep the brand relevant and visible on the "For You" page.
  • Analyze TikTok performance metrics, generate insights, and continuously improve content effectiveness.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and ensure all social content meets brand tone and objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field — background in Marketing, Communication, or Media is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy preferably with proven success on TikTok.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok algorithms, content trends, and audience behavior.
  • Creative, analytical, and comfortable with fast-paced, data-driven environments.
  • Familiar with social media analytics tools and campaign tracking.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Strong storytelling ability and creative direction.
  • Proven record of growing TikTok accounts or managing viral campaigns.
  • Previous experience in digital agencies or consumer brands with strong social presence.
