Position: GA Construction Deputry Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker) GA Construction Staff (English Speaker)
Placement: Pemalang
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or related fields
- At least 1 year experience (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
- Experience in shoes manufacturing and able to speak Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication, coordination and presentation skills
Job Description:
- Support coordination with contractors, Expatriates and Management
- Handle and resolve operational issues related to contractors, such as delays, quality concerns, or logistic constraints
- Assist with administrative tasks related to project operations (letters, reports, payment requests, etc.)
- Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance activities for site facilities
- Ensure the availability and functionality of company assets such as generators, and office equipment
