The Position

Demand Planning and Order Management Manager
As the Demand Planning and Order Management Manager, you will lead the demand planning and order management function in Roche Diagnostics Indonesia. This role requires overseeing order processing, Sales & Operations Planning, driving demand, supply and distribution planning, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments to meet business goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen, solid expertise in SAP, and deep knowledge of demand, supply and distribution planning with preferable digitalization and automation foundation in demand planning and order processing. Managing a team of 10 or more, this role is pivotal in delivering operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Your opportunity

  • Lead and manage the order management team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of all orders
  • Drive demand, supply and distribution planning strategies to optimize inventory levels and meet customer requirements
  • Champion the Sales and Operations (S&OP) process and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, logistics, and finance to ensure alignment and smooth order fulfillment
  • Utilize ERP and digital solutions to manage and streamline demand planning, order processing, inventory tracking, and reporting
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on order management performance and challenges
  • Manage stakeholder relationships internally and externally to enhance service delivery

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 10 years experience in order management, demand and supply planning, or related supply chain roles within the FMCG/retail/Medical Device industry
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10 or more employees
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Expert-level ERP (SAP) skills relevant to demand planning, order management and supply chain processes
  • Solid understanding of demand and supply planning principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Implementation experience of digitalization, business intelligence and automation is preferred
