Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's business goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning to meet production and seasonal manpower needs.
- Oversee employee relations, handle grievances, and maintain harmonious industrial relations with unions and employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies.
- Lead performance management, training, and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Partner with line managers to identify talent gaps and succession plans for key positions.
- Monitor attendance, overtime, and compensation structures in coordination with the Finance and Operations teams.
- Implement HR metrics and analytics to drive data-based decision-making.
- Promote employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Supervise HR team members and ensure accurate HR documentation, payroll coordination, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations.
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
