Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning to meet production and seasonal manpower needs.
  • Oversee employee relations, handle grievances, and maintain harmonious industrial relations with unions and employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies.
  • Lead performance management, training, and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Partner with line managers to identify talent gaps and succession plans for key positions.
  • Monitor attendance, overtime, and compensation structures in coordination with the Finance and Operations teams.
  • Implement HR metrics and analytics to drive data-based decision-making.
  • Promote employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Supervise HR team members and ensure accurate HR documentation, payroll coordination, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
