Position Summary
The Partner Relationship Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the growth and collaboration ecosystem of the Global Fashion Halal Standard (GFHS). This position serves as the primary administrative and communication link between GFHS and its strategic partners, including fashion brands, certification bodies, textile manufacturers, industry associations, and halal authorities.
Operating within a Hybrid / Work From Anywhere (WFA) environment, the Partner Relationship Administrator ensures that every partnership activity, from initial engagement to formal agreement and ongoing coordination is managed efficiently, transparently, and in alignment with GFHS's core values of integrity, sustainability, and halal compliance.
The role requires strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills to maintain accurate partnership records, facilitate effective correspondence, and support the implementation of collaborative programs that advance the mission of halal assurance in the global fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities
:
Partnership Management
Maintain and update the partner and potential partner database (brands, vendors, associations, and government bodies).
- Facilitate communication with partners via email, online platforms, and regular meetings.
- Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, and progress reports.
Ensure timely follow-up and documentation of all partnership activities and agreements.
Administrative Support
Draft, organize, and archive partnership-related contracts, MoUs, and correspondence.
- Support signing, legalization, and reporting processes for partnership documentation.
- Manage digital documentation for certification, audit, and halal compliance processes.
Organize the partnership calendar and coordinate partner engagements (meetings, visits, follow-ups).
Internal & External Coordination
Coordinate with internal divisions (Operations, Certification, and Communications) regarding partner requirements.
- Arrange schedules and agendas for partner meetings, including virtual and physical sessions.
Record meeting minutes and monitor follow-up actions.
Reporting & Evaluation
Compile weekly and monthly reports on partnership progress and status.
- Support the evaluation of partnership effectiveness from an administrative perspective.
- Prepare supporting data for internal audits, management reviews, and annual reports.

Qualifications:
- Minimum High Scholl
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in partnership management, administration, or institutional relations.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.
- Self-motivated, adaptable to remote collaboration, and committed to ethical and Islamic work values.
