We're Hiring: Retail Offline & B2B Executive

From This Island is looking for a driven Retail Offline & B2B Executive to manage our presence in Modern Trade channels, reseller & distributor partners, and offline events. This role will be key in ensuring account growth, in-store excellence, and impactful activations to drive sales and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

● Support the Offline Commercial Head in developing and executing business plans & strategies for Modern Trade accounts, resellers, and distributors

● Manage and grow relationships with key partners (Watsons, Sociolla, Guardian, Miniso, Oh Some, Dan+Dan, Boots, AEON, Sephora, etc.)

● Handle account operations: order flow, stock availability, fulfillment, and commercial terms

● Coordinate trading term / JBP implementation across accounts

● Monitor and drive in-store execution via Beauty Sales Advisor (BSA) and merchandising programs

● Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets

● Prepare sales reports and track performance (sell-in/sell-out)

● Collaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, VM) to ensure smooth execution

● Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and shopper behavior to provide insights

● Support in-store activations, visibility programs, and offline event execution

Requirements:

● 1–2 years of experience as a Key Account Executive or similar role in FMCG / Beauty / Retail industry

● Experience managing Modern Trade accounts and coordinating with distributors/resellers

● Strong knowledge of trading terms, JBP, and commercial agreements

● Skilled in sales strategy, negotiation, and presentation

● Result-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated

● Experience in handling offline events and in-store activations

● Willingness to travel when needed
