Main Responsibilities :

  • Identify, develop and implement brand and product strategies , including establishing and executing the annual budget forecast to achieve overall brand growth and sales targets.
  • Analyze brand sales performance and inventory levels, providing strategic recommendations and action plans to the brand team.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to plan product assortments based on historical data and upcoming market trends.
  • Generate reports such as sales and stock analysis, sales performance, and gross profit performance for merchandise.
  • Develop OTB plans and assortment recommendations for all brands.
  • Manage and optimize product allocation and inventory across all fashion stores and counters through accurate sales performance analysis.
  • Identify research needs, conduct studies and projects, and analyze results to uncover new business opportunities.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Brand Supervisor / Merchandise Planning Supervisor, Product Supervisor in the apparel or fashion retail industry.
  • Proven experience in brand planning, development, inventory management, and driving sales growth for fashion products.
  • Skilled in creating OTB plans and analyzing sales growth, performance metrics, and inventory levels.
  • Strong analytical ability in preparing reports related to stock, inventory, sales performance, and gross profit by brand.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint.
  • Willing to be based in Penjaringan, North Jakarta.
