Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation and management of all quality assurance programs and brand standards.
  • Analyze guest feedback from multiple channels (e.g., surveys, social media) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across all hotel departments.
  • Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with Conrad and Hilton standards.
  • Train and champion a culture of service excellence and quality among all team members.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Manager or similar role within a 5 star luxury hotel.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data driven approach to problem solving.
  • In depth knowledge of quality management systems and hotel brand standards.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for service excellence.
  • Fluent in English.
