Job Qualification:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax
- 1 year experience in Accounting or Finance Role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience with Accounts Payable is more favorable
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- Have basic accounting principles (e.g., double-entry bookkeeping, debits and credits)
- Familiarity with Quickbook platform and/or ERPNext is a plus

Job Description:
- Accounts Payable/Receivable:
Work with the Finance and Accounting team to manage incoming and outgoing payments, including ensuring that bills are paid on time and that accounts receivable are collected.
2. Invoice and Billing Management:
Preparing and issuing invoices, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
3. Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Maintaining financial records, ensuring that all entries are correct and up-to-date. This includes managing ledgers and financial databases.
4. Bank Reconciliation:
Assist with reconciling bank statements with company records, focusing on payable transactions to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
5. Payroll Assistance:
Assisting with payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
6. Financial Reporting:
Contribute to preparing basic financial reports related to payables, such as expense reports and cash flow statements while also making sure it complies with the general accounting regulations.
7. Communication:
Coordinating with internal teams or external parties such as vendors or clients to address accounting inquiries.
8. General Support:
Supporting any general daily administrative tasks related to accounting.
