Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist, located in Kelurahan Penjaringan. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and fostering customer relationships. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, handling client communications, and supporting overall business growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Lead Generation and Market Research skills
- Excellent Customer Service, Communication and Negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
- Previous experience in business development or related roles is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales/Partnership (e-commerce, agency, TikTok, or Shopee preferred).
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
