Responsibilities

- Participate in corporate strategic decision-making, providing comprehensive financial analysis and strategic recommendations for business development.

- Formulate medium to long-term financial plans to ensure alignment of financial resources with corporate strategic objectives.

- Lead the company's comprehensive budget management, business forecasting, and the preparation and monitoring of rolling budgets.

2. Cost Control & Optimization:

- Establish and improve advanced cost accounting and management systems to accurately calculate product standard costs and actual costs.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of cost drivers within production processes, lead cost improvement projects, and drive cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.

- Monitor fluctuations in key cost components such as raw materials, labor, and manufacturing overhead, and propose countermeasures.

3. Business Analysis & Decision Support:

- Regularly provide comprehensive business analysis reports to identify operational issues and risks, along with improvement recommendations.

- Offer professional financial modeling and data analysis support for product pricing, investment decisions, capacity planning, and new product development.

- Establish and refine key performance indicator (KPI) systems to monitor overall corporate operational efficiency.

- Oversee corporate capital planning and management to ensure fund security and liquidity while improving capital utilization efficiency.

- Optimize capital structure, manage banking relationships, and coordinate financing activities.

- Develop comprehensive internal control and risk management systems to ensure asset security and regulatory compliance.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reports.

- Guarantee compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations.
