Job Description
- Draft, review, and evaluate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Ensure all company operations and documentation comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide legal opinions and recommendations related to company matters.
- Manage and update corporate legal documents, including company deeds, business licenses, NPWP, OSS, and other corporate documents.
- Handle company licensing processes and renewals through OSS or other government platforms.
- Support the tender process by preparing and reviewing required legal documents.
- Liaise with external parties such as notaries, government institutions, and clients for legal matters.
- Monitor and analyze regulatory updates that may impact company operations.
- Maintain and organize all legal documentation systematically and securely.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in technology, startup, or service-based companies).
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, licensing, and civil law.
- Skilled in contract drafting and review.
- Able to coordinate effectively with internal and external parties (notaries, clients, government).
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently or in a team.
