Job Description
- Planning and controlling materials (raw materials, WIP, and FG)
- Creating production schedules based on customer needs and production capacity
- Coordinating with production, warehouse, and purchasing teams
- Monitoring material availability to support smooth production
- Monitoring and controlling the production process and product quality
- Creating periodic reports and analyzing production & QC data
- Perform functional tests based on specifications.
- Identify and segregate defective products, analyze root causes, and prepare reports.
- Record and analyze inspection data to support quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues.
- Utilize QC tools (check sheets, Pareto charts, control charts, etc.).
Required Skills & Experience
- Diploma degree or above from Industrial Engineering, Metallurgy, Statistics
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (work experience is preferable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in manufacturing or inspection roles.
- Basic PC skills (Excel for data analysis, reports).
- Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, 5S, PDCA – preferred but not mandatory).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to focus on repetitive tasks.
Preferred Skills - Knowledge of statistical quality control (SQC, SPC, QC 7 tools).
- Familiarity with automated inspection systems (vision inspection, sensors).
- Fluent in English
- Willing to be placed in Pasuruan
