Description:

  • Assisting the HR team in performance management activities such as data collection, tracking, and documentation.
  • Support as the first point of contact for field employees regarding basic HR-related inquiries.
  • Support field employee engagement and workplace conditions.
  • Help in documenting and reporting employee relations matters and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Assist HR team in manpower planning and team development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field (Fresh graduates and final year students are welcome to apply).
  • Passionate about developing a career in HR and eager to learn about field operations.
  • Strong interest in HR operations, employee relations, and workplace engagement.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse employee groups.
  • Organized, proactive, and have good critical thinking skills.
  • Able to work on-site, once a week (WFO at 
    Segari's DMT Office
    (Tangerang Warehouse) on Mondays).
