Description:
- Assisting the HR team in performance management activities such as data collection, tracking, and documentation.
- Support as the first point of contact for field employees regarding basic HR-related inquiries.
- Support field employee engagement and workplace conditions.
- Help in documenting and reporting employee relations matters and escalating issues when necessary.
- Assist HR team in manpower planning and team development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field (Fresh graduates and final year students are welcome to apply).
- Passionate about developing a career in HR and eager to learn about field operations.
- Strong interest in HR operations, employee relations, and workplace engagement.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse employee groups.
- Organized, proactive, and have good critical thinking skills.
- Able to work on-site, once a week (WFO at
Segari's DMT Office
(Tangerang Warehouse) on Mondays).
