Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage consulting projects related to risk management, internal audit, and ICoFR.
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Conduct risk assessments, audit planning, and controls testing in line with industry standards.
  • Facilitate client engagements and deliver high-quality project documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely, effective project delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices in risk and control environments.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CRMA, ERMCP, PMP) are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience as Project Management, particularly in Risk Management, Internal Audit, or ICoFR. Prior experience in a consulting environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and control standards (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO, SOX).
  • Excellent project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
