Job Description:
- Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to identify current and future staffing needs and priorities based on patient volume, specializations, and organizational growth plans.
- Develop and implement diverse sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of potential candidates using online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Ensure all candidates meet strict healthcare regulations and credentialing requirements, including verifying medical licenses, certifications, education, and conducting thorough background checks.
- Act as the primary liaison, coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and multiple stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Oversee the job offer and contract negotiation process, including discussions on salary, benefits, and relocation assistance, to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology / Management from reputable university with a minimum 3.00 GPA
- At least 3 years of experience in related field for Hospital.
- Having a good understanding about HR Function
- Good analytical thinking and able to work under pressure.
- Tech-savvy and computer literate.
