Job Description:

  • Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to identify current and future staffing needs and priorities based on patient volume, specializations, and organizational growth plans.
  • Develop and implement diverse sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of potential candidates using online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Ensure all candidates meet strict healthcare regulations and credentialing requirements, including verifying medical licenses, certifications, education, and conducting thorough background checks.
  • Act as the primary liaison, coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and multiple stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Oversee the job offer and contract negotiation process, including discussions on salary, benefits, and relocation assistance, to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology / Management from reputable university with a minimum 3.00 GPA
  • At least 3 years of experience in related field for Hospital.
  • Having a good understanding about HR Function
  • Good analytical thinking and able to work under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy and computer literate.
