Responsibilities :

  • Plan, guide and coordinate related administrative support services within the company, such as administrative travel, visa, accommodation, vehicles, reception, canteen, labor insurance supplies distribution and express delivery
  • Make the annual administrative plan and budget report of the company, control the overall expenditure of funds, and do a good job in reimbursement of administrative expenses
  • Formulate the internal administrative system and process of the company
  • Assist foreign employees to provide landing services (renting houses, work permits, opening bank accounts, making medical appointments, etc.)
  • Cooperate with the reception of important guests and related outreach work, and coordinate the working relationship of various departments
  • Other temporary work arranged by superiors

Requirements:

  • Hold bachelor's degree or higher.
  • More than 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in English as working languages.
  • Able to speak Chinese would be an advantages (HSK4 or above).
